We run a series of retail stores in about 150 malls in 23 states. AT&T and Verizon allow third
party companies to come in and sell features we don’t need. We have staff in the stores that will

Internet yellow pages listing. BullsEye doesn’t allow third party billers. It’s fantastic. It
saves us a ton of money.

Completely Error Free...
First Cash has been a BullsEye Telecom customer for over three years. We received our first invoice in
June 2005…the invoice was perfect – no billing errors at all. As our stores were migrated over, we
received proactive updates from our Account Team. We couldn’t have asked for a better migration.
We now have four invoices that currently bill over 150 of our stores and it is completely error-free.
BullsEye was able to accommodate us with our different subsidiary companies we have by splitting up
the invoices. By doing this, it has saved First Cash a tremendous amount of time. The ease in
accessing multiple customized reports has been very helpful as well. With that said, none of
this would be possible if it weren’t for our Account Team. They have been very proactive and
professional. They are very responsive, review our needs in detail and respond to any requests very
quickly.
I recommend BullsEye Telecom to any company looking to migrate all of their locations over to
consolidated invoicing. BullsEye Telecom put First Cash’s needs first and worked hand-in-hand
with us to get us exactly what we wanted.

Beat The Competition...
One point of contact is very valuable to us. Any issues or any new orders just go through
our account manager. It’s better than calling and being on hold with AT&T, Qwest or Verizon.
We open and move offices all the time and depending on which state it was and which
carrier – it was a hassle. We don’t have that hassle with BullsEye. For example, if I have
any line issues, I call BullsEye Client Services regardless of the local carrier. I’m not
put on hold for 20 to 30 minutes to get help like I would be with AT&T. It’s great; I just
call one BullsEye support line for all the lines we have and that’s it. Thanks, BullsEye.
