Router
BullsEye Telecom T1 customers have the option of providing their own router or having BullsEye provide one for you.
All BullsEye provided routers are managed by BullsEye staff and are not accessible by the end user. Customers may
call BullsEye's NOC for assistance with router configuration changes, such as port mappings, IP address changes,
etc. However, there are a limited number of router configurations that BullsEye supports for managed routers.
Customer's requiring unsupported configurations may opt to take management of the BullsEye provided router by
filling out a Router Release Form. Upon receiving a completed release, a BullsEye technician will provide the
customer with the proper username and passwords to access the router. NOTE: BullsEye Telecom provides no
configuration support for customer managed routers.
