BullsEye Telecom Customer Service offers two convenient ways in which you can submit a repair request. Call 1-877-638-2855 during the regular business hours of 7:00 am and 8:00 pm EST for immediate service regarding repair requests. If calling outside of these hours, leave a message as prompted by the voice mail and a representative will call you back within 15 minutes at the contact number you provided. We recommend you call Customer Service particularly if you have the following issues: No Dial Tone Inability to receive or make calls Noise or static on the line Feature problems For non-urgent repair issues or general information regarding your account, fill out the form below and you will receive an e-mail or call within one (1) business day. Those e-mails sent on weekends or after hours will be responded to the next business day.
