BullsEye Telecom Expands with New Channel Manager

Leading VoIP and SD-WAN provider strengthens channel commitment

Southfield, MI, July 27, 2017 – BullsEye Telecom, the leading national multi-location telecommunications provider of analog voice, VoIP/Digital Voice, Broadband, SD-WAN and Unified Communications/Mobility solutions, has recently hired a new alternate channel manager, Kathryn Young. She will lead the recruiting, training and managing of channel agents to cultivate greater business opportunities in the Texas market.

“Kathryn will be instrumental in developing new partner relationships in the Texas and surrounding markets to strengthen our presence in the channel and provide greater value for enterprise multi-location businesses in the area,” said Brian Babich, Vice President, Channel Sales at BullsEye Telecom.

In her new role, Young will be responsible for building BullsEye’s multi-location customer base through partner relationships. With the recent launch of BullsEye’s augmented SD-WAN solution the company is seeing an even greater demand for its solutions nationwide and Young’s appointment complements the launch of this solution.

According to Babich, “More and more partners are coming to BullsEye for our diverse and evolved solution portfolio. Their clients may want to start working with a carrier that provides analog voice consolidation, but the next step in that evolution calls for conversion to Voice Over IP (VoIP) services.”

For the partner, BullsEye not only provides the convenience of a single source for these different technologies, but it offers a clear differentiation through its SD-WAN solution that provides a real-time mechanism to carry BullsEye voice prioritized and uninterrupted. “Our clients will benefit from a superior VoIP solution and the benefits of multiple failover and broadband options,” concludes Babich.

Young brings more than 20 years of experience in account and agent management, holding various leadership positions and overseeing sales operations. Previously, she managed vendor relationships, recruited and led member agent programs, and oversaw accounts for global technology and carrier services organizations. Young graduated from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
