Cultivating a Culture of Giving

BullsEye is dedicated to helping those in need in Detroit and the surrounding community.

BullsEye promotes an environment of giving and we encourage our employees to donate their time and resources in the spirit of helping others. Below you will find some of the organizations that BullsEye supports.

Detroit Cristo Rey High School: Corporate Work Study Program

BullsEye has partnered with Detroit Cristo Rey High School on their very unique and innovative Corporate Work Study Program.

In this program BullsEye mentors four students who work on a one day per week work schedule.

This program is different from a standard internship program in that BullsEye will work with the high school and get well-trained, entry-level high school student workers while also giving back to the community.

Cristo Rey provides training to the students so they have a basic understanding of computers, software, office etiquette, etc. Through this program, BullsEye provides an environment to expose them to real-world business applications, our industry, and life in a professional environment.

Mitch Album S.A.Y. Detroit Radiothon

BullsEye Telecom has provided telephone services for Mitch Albom’s S.A.Y. Detroit Radiothon since 2014.

S.A.Y. Detroit helps homeless families, students hoping to reach college, veterans who have hit hard times and others in need.

Partially because of BullsEye’s support, the Radiothon was able to double their first-year donations from $400,000 to $800,000. In 2018 at the 7th annual Radiothon, over $1.28 Million was raised.

BullsEye employees from all departments donated 130+ hours of their time to help organize, set up equipment and answer phone to assist in making this wonderful event such an incredible success.

“This event brings pure joy to my heart to be a part of a company and event that does such great work for our own community. The other part of this that I love the history and learning BullsEye has done as a company and team to succeed in executing a seamless and flawless call center with phone equipment having a 100% uptime throughout the 18-hour event." – Alethea Niner, Manager of Service Implementation

Jeans Day

Who wouldn’t want to wear jeans to work? With BullsEye’s employee jeans days, employees make a monetary donation of their choice which is then matched by BullsEye.

All contributions go that year’s selected philanthropy. This year the money goes to Care House of Oakland Country 2018.

The CARE House of Oakland County is a non-profit agency based in Pontiac, Michigan, serving the residents of Oakland County Michigan. Founded in 1977 as the Child Abuse and Neglect Council of Oakland County, CARE House currently offers programs focused on identifying and treating child abuse victims, and help prevent child abuse.

Detroit Dog Rescue

BullsEye Telecom partnered with Detroit Dog Rescue on the first ever 96.3 WDVD Donate for Dogs Radiothon.

Along with phone services, BullsEye employees were able to donate over 80 hours of their time, helped raise $63,486 and some even submitted dog adoption applications during the event.

Detroit’s first and only no-kill shelter, Detroit Dog Rescue, focuses on raising awareness of the stray and homeless dog problem in Detroit.

The Detroit Dog Rescue provides shelter to 80-100 dogs at a time, rehabilitation through its foster program and a healthy pet population control through spay and neutering.

Holiday Spirit

BullsEye Telecom enjoys celebrating the most wonderful time of the year by giving back to the local community.

For the past four years, BullsEye has supported Salvation Army’s Adopt-A-Family and Salvation Army’s Angel Tree.

During the 2017 season, BullsEye was able to provide 30 children with a Christmas through generous donations of money, clothes, and toys. This year, BullsEye adopted a local family of 6 and was able to bring them joy and happiness through the holiday season.

In addition, BullsEye has partnered with Mittens for Detroit for the fifth consecutive year. Our employees across the United States have donated mittens and gloves to help those in need during the holiday season.
