After Frontier, he became the CEO of Midcom in Seattle. After a short retirement, he founded BullsEye in 1999.

Under his direction, BullsEye has become the largest Michigan-based Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) in the U.S. specializing in multi-location services. In 2004, the company was among the first to begin offering Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) to enterprise clients. In 2005, BullsEye was named 82nd in Inc. 500’s list of fastest-growing companies.

Bill’s strategic direction has also placed BullsEye at the forefront of technology and innovation, earning the company yearly accolades, including being awarded the Communications Solutions Product of the Year consecutively from 2011 to 2015; the Telecom Association’s Top 5 Partner’s Choice; Internet Telephony 2013 and 2014, Visionary Spotlight for the Channel Deployment of the Year in 2015; Channel Partner’s Optimal Business Challenge 2015, and 2016 Innovation Lab Awards.
