We’re evolving from a provider of communications services to a technology consultant that provides communications, security, and analytical services. This will naturally lead to the next phase of BullsEye's growth.
President & CEO
As one of BullsEye’s co-founders, Tom witnessed first-hand the company’s inception in 1999 as a start-up ISP, and has been integral to the company’s success and growth over the last 20 years. He now serves as President & CEO.
Tom’s extensive background and proven expertise in technology and all facets of Operations and the customer journey uniquely positions him to lead BullsEye into its next chapter: providing clients with solutions far beyond traditional telephony. A key objective for Tom is to grow and diversify the products BullsEye deploys. While traditional voice, UCaaS, and Broadband will continue to be a part of BullsEye’s solution set, Tom recognizes that business clients now require much more sophisticated solutions: secured communications, powerful networks such as SD-WAN, and advanced technologies, including security, IoT, and data analytics.
Prior to beginning his tenure as President & CEO, Tom served as BullsEye's COO. In this capacity, he provided the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that BullsEye had the proper mix of organizational talent, operational controls, processes, and technology to effectively grow the organization and to ensure operating efficiency.
In each of his roles at BullsEye, Tom has strategically led his team on the tenants of autonomy and empowerment, while building relationships and mentoring talented, high-performance team members. Under Tom’s leadership, Tom's teams have achieved optimized services, improved productivity, and enhanced technical capability as the company has evolved and expanded its customer base and suite of solutions across the U.S.
Prior to joining BullsEye, Tom worked at Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS) where he led teams of system engineers in resource allocation, technical guidance, and career development. He returned to the Detroit area when he joined World Data Delivery Systems in Southfield as Director of Operations.
Tom earned his Bachelor of Science from Michigan Technological University, and later received his Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. He is an active member of Vistage, a group focused on helping executives face today’s business challenges and achieve ever-higher levels of growth and success. Outside of work, Tom is an active volunteer at his children’s schools. He resides in the Metro Detroit area with his wife and four children.
Tom often builds parallels between sports teams and business situations, so it makes sense that he also enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams.
