Rosemary leads BullsEye's client-facing groups — the Client Services and Service Assurance teams. Under her expert leadership, these groups are responsible for providing BullsEye clients with a world-class service and support experience. Rosemary’s passion and commitment shine through in the processes and practices she’s put in place for these groups.
Through her continued guidance she ensures that BullsEye excels in continually improving customer satisfaction and delivering a quality service experience.
Rosemary also oversees BullsEye's Human Resources and Training departments, working to keep BullsEye employees engaged and on top of the changes within the telecom industry. Additionally, Rosemary acts as the executive sponsor for BullsEye's Leadership initiative, which helps in the development in rising stars and future leaders within the organization.
Between 1998 and 2003, Rosemary served as Vice President of Operations for Telemarketing Concepts. Her responsibilities included the effective and profitable running of all U.S. call centers and executive guidance for all major company accounts. She also provided all supervisor and management training. Rosemary has a Bachelor of Music Education from Illinois State University.
