David joined BullsEye in 2019 as Chief Revenue Officer. He is an industry veteran with more than 35 years of experience aligning sales, marketing, product and technology. He will focus on revenue acquisition for the company, integrating and optimizing product development, sales, marketing, and CRM teams to create the best possible experience.

David’s hiring is a critical pillar to BullsEye’s plan to strategically grow the company, diversify the products, customers, and form strategic alliances that enable sophisticated solutions. He provides the leadership, management and culture necessary to capitalize on new revenue opportunities created by digital products and services with multi-location communications solutions. From large service providers to small business and mid-market entrepreneurial startups, Neely is experienced in leading a wide variety of teams in adopting new practices, adapting to change, and most importantly being laser focused on customers to achieve the highest levels of performance.

David’s love for coaching and teaching others combined with his wealth of knowledge makes him a much sought-after speaker, panelist, and contributor to technology events and news trends.

David received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing, and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership/Change Management, from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. He also has served as an Adjunct Professor in the University of Denver’s MBA and Executive MBA programs.
