The Advanced Resolution Center (ARC) at BullsEye is equipped and ready to support our clients to make the most of their BullsEye services. Each client is unique, and despite the issue, no matter how large or how small, we will help!

How does this work? For our clients, it’s easy. If you have an issue, you can call ARC for assistance at any time. From here, we will open a repair ticket and begin our work to resolve whatever issue you may be facing. At BullsEye, we understand the importance of having a team that is well trained and ready for action when need be.

Our Team

ARC consists of multiple trained professionals who provide 24-hour repair support.  Our Transport Team primarily focuses on Traditional Phone Service (or POTS), as well as data circuit tickets.  We also have a VoIP and Data Team who provide direct client support for VoIP, complex data, and managed services. When a client contacts BullsEye, we’ll make sure your call reaches the team best suited to resolve your concerns.

In addition to these teams is our Senior ARC team, which handles high-level chronic reports and escalations for VoIP and managed services. This team is also responsible for identifying and managing all network outages for VoIP and data, using a ticket broadcast system to combine all tickets and provide clients updates throughout the duration of the issue.  Finally, our Network Management Specialist is an engineer who oversees network health and engages inter and intra-network engineers to provide solutions for all advanced issues.
