For the Field Operations Team at BullsEye Telecom, we do all we can to ensure that each client’s needs are not just met but exceeded smoothly and effectively! BullsEye has been installing service at customer locations for over 20 years. We understand the difficulties in finding a technician you can trust to work hands-on with your communications services. It can be time consuming and stressful! BullsEye eliminates that stress by building talent pools of trained technicians that will best meet our client’s service needs.
Depending on the type of service needs our clients have, BullsEye may first select a technician from a partnering vendor. These technicians are trained and skilled with the products and systems we lease for our client’s solutions. Later, when we are ready to customize the solution for the client’s service needs at a given location, we provide a technician from one of our talent pools to complete the job.
We require the technician to take photos of the work then take the final steps (like calling the new phone line) to make sure it is up and running as it should be to get the job done right! Our curated network of independent contractors across the United States and Canada provide a rapid response force ready to assist our clients with their other onsite service needs. For instance, some clients have IT projects that must be completed by a deadline. We work with the independent contractors before they go the job site to ensure they understand the scope and afterwards to ensure the work is executed as planned, and that our clients are satisfied with the work.
If the network or system is complex, then our Field Operations team works alongside our Activations Engineering team. We build and implement the new services onsite and ensure the solution will cohabitate with the other internet services the customer may have. We understand that this may be the only face-to-face interaction our clients will have so we strive for excellence when delivering service to our customers.

How we find Reliable Technicians!
We use an app designed for the on-the-go technician so that we can locate and recruit resources when we need work done. After that, we basically treat all technicians like regular employees because BullsEye cannot be successful unless our technicians are successful. Often, we will use the same technicians that have provided excellent service to our customers in the past and are proven performers in producing an exemplary client experience. It creates a reward system that if a technician trusts in BullsEye then they are likely to deliver outstanding work and customer service. In return, BullsEye will work with the technician more often because we know we can trust them. Also, we present consistency to our clients with whom we send to represent BullsEye.
Leaving candid notes and having candid conversations about our service experience is very important to us. And, while we hope all of our service experiences with the technicians are positive, we know that might not always be the case. While viewing the app we can read stats and data reviews about the independent contractors to decide who would be the best person to deal with a client’s needs. BullsEye also keeps an internal data log of information regarding each of our regular Technicians’ strengths and weaknesses to make the selection process even easier!
