Today, we are a national communications provider serving thousands of business locations, with clients ranging from a single location to multi-location companies. We offer innovative technology solutions for Voice over IP (VoIP), Internet, SD-WAN, Security, IoT, and Traditional Phone Service.

Throughout our 21+ year history, we’ve had many successes along the way, and we’ve been able to navigate our way through some difficult times as well. In 2020, our team responded beautifully as employees began working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. BullsEye delivered on our promise to provide our clients with an exceptional customer experience, and bring on new clients as demand for communications services continued. Looking back, the company worked through many economic hardships, with perhaps the most challenging being the .com collapse in 2000. Having the experience and support to help succeed through these hardships is the reason BullsEye is where it is today. Leading Our Team
Bill Oberlin assumed the role of President & Chief Executive Officer shortly after BullsEye opened for business in 1999. He led BullsEye through tremendous organic growth posting annual revenues of $100M+. After a long and successful tenure leading BullsEye, Bill retired in December 2019.

Taking over the reigns effective January 2020 was Tom Tisko, who had previously served the company as Chief Operating Officer. Tom joined BullsEye in 2000, so he had worked closely with Bill for nearly two decades!
