Dave is responsible for technology services product management, product development, business development and regulatory compliance for the company. He also oversees carrier management, including contracts as well as state and federal regulatory compliance.

Dave has more than 34 years of industry experience and has served in a variety of executive and strategic leadership positions within the telecommunications industry for companies like MCI, Allnet Communications, Frontier and LDMI. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State University and an MMPT certification from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
